Forest Bathing Walk

When:
13 December 26 - 13 December 26 9:30am

Step away from the pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in the calming practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing).

Over three gentle hours, you'll be guided along a relaxed walking route through the Garden, with opportunities to slow down, engage your senses, and connect more deeply with the natural world. Through simple mindfulness, creative invitations, and quiet reflection, you'll discover accessible practices that can help support relaxation, wellbeing, and a greater sense of presence in daily life.

No experience is required, and all activities are entirely optional. Suitable for adults of all ages who are comfortable walking on natural paths.

This nurturing experience concludes with a peaceful Japanese-inspired tea ceremony beneath the trees. Held by nature, guided with care.
