Join us for a morning of water exploration.

Most of our globe is covered in water but very little is available for drinking. Discover how our local natural areas play a role in the quality of our water.

This outdoor program includes

• water games,
• creek exploration and
• hands on experiments that are designed to expand participant’s knowledge of our connection with the natural environment.

Activities are suitable for children aged 5 to 7 years.

This is not a drop-off program so parents must attend with their child.

Cost: $25 per child. Places are limited. Adults attending with the child require a free ticket.

Dress for Adventure!

• Wear fully enclosed shoes that can get a bit wet
• Wear sun-smart clothing, hat and sunscreen
• Bring along a bottle of water to drink
• We will play some games with water and participants may get wet so bring along a towel

• Water bottle (bubblers scattered around the Garden)

Check in: Please meet the Wildplace Connect at the Garden's Towri Centre (map ref: K - 10) 15 minutes prior to the program start time.

Closest parking: along Northfields Avenue, Keiraville. Enter via administration pedestrian gate (map ref:  K - 12)

Nearby Garden carparks (2hr limit): 29 Madoline Street, Gwynneville (P2) and 40 Murphys Avenue, Keiraville (P1)

Cancellations

• Minimal numbers apply for this program to run
• This event may be cancelled or postponed if the weather conditions aren't suitable. We will notify you via text and email no later than 1 hour prior to the start of the event if the program is not able to run due to the weather
  In the case that the event is cancelled due to weather conditions the ticket cost will be refunded

Additional Information

• This is an outdoor event and includes activities along the creek. All activities will occur adjoining formed pathways or on lawn areas suitable for strollers.
• Safety in all our activities is always considered however participants attend activities at their own risk and adults are responsible for their children.

Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. No refunds can be provided after that date.
