Garden Walking Tour (Seniors Festival)

Join a guided walking tour with our knowledgeable volunteer guides to discover the beauty, plant diversity and history of Wollongong Botanic Garden! No bookings are required.

During Seniors Festival we are running extra walking tours on Saturday and Sunday morning

Dates: Saturday 7 March, Sunday 8 March, Saturday 14 March and Sunday 15 March
Departure time: 11am
Duration: approx. 45mins
Meeting point: next to the Duck Pond

Please note: Limited spaces available, first in first served. To enquire about a private group booking (min. 8 people, max. 18 people), contact us.

You can also join a tour in the electronic buggy every Wednesday between 10am and 12pm.

Walking Tours are graded 'easy' with minimal steps and hills, however a reasonable level of fitness and good mobility is required as you will be walking and standing for approximately 45 minutes.
Not suitable for wheelchair users.

We also offer mobility scooters for hire to those who are less mobile. Scooters can be booked at no cost from Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm from the Administration Office. Find out more about Access and Mobility in the Garden.
